We will all meet together for this opening session to set JACC's priorities and set strategy for the coming year. We will set up self-selected groups to address key topics:
- Updating contests
- Streamlining conventions
- Recruitment and membership
- Fund-raising
When we gather again Thursday morning, we'll use the work product from these groups to help the board plan the coming year.
